The Big Idea:
Activity is picking up
Presales are gaining traction
As the weather warms up, and the daylight is starting to (slowly) return, we’re seeing an increase in interest! With that is coming an increase in presales, which is oh so encouraging!
Our prices continue to look solid
If we were selling faster, we’d be concerned that our price was too low. If we were selling slower, we’d be concerned that our price was too high. This “Goldilocks” pace feels just right: we’ve got the right price in this market.
Another house closed, and our interest reserve is in good shape
As you can see from the lot status PDF, we’ve got another house closed and funded, and our interest reserve is looking strong!

With the second house closing on Friday 9 March (Lot 3), and all the sales activity on site, we continue to remain confident that we'll have the sales volume to meet our bank requirements!
